This month we will be joined by Hel Spandler, one of the editors of The International Mad Studies Journal (https://imsj.org). We've met Hel before in their iteration as one of the editorial team of Asylum Magazine (https://asylummagazine.org), however this journal focuses specifically on Mad Studies and includes articles that are sent for peer review, as well as non-peer reviewed articles. Hel is going to speak to us about the creation of the journal, some of what goes on behind the scenes, and answer any questions you may have. The costs for the site, marketing and Zoom hosting have increased and I will be losing my employed income soon, so I have had to add in a section for voluntary donations if anyone feels so inclined.
